Nastech

He was born September 25, 1982, as Papdi György.

His enthusiasm for music showed its signs at an early age.
First he tried to play the guitar with more or less success, later he became a huge fan of the piano.
As the years went past he became more and more of a serious person and started to turn towards electric music.
Following Scooter and the rest of the so called "techno" music, at the beginning of the year 2000, as the real techno began to break into our country, besides its music, he also came to frequent parties. He watched from the first rows how the pros worked, trying to solve the "mystery".

Later as he began to find his own style, he decided to create music according to his very own taste. In those days it was E-Jay software that was assisting him. This music was mostly consisting of a few loops, it was rather simple, but it was "something" that he created. After this there was a long break which he spent trying to learn all the tricks of DJing, (with more or less success).
He used different DJ softwares like Atomix, Virtual DJ and Traktor at the time.

After several promo mix his friend Norbert Motolai (Moti Brothers) gave him the opportunity to produce a mix for his running radio show (Hungarian Harmonies on Pure.FM) as a guest DJ.
After the positive response there followed dozens of promo mix for his friends and his own entertainment. By this time composing music returned to his life and occupied his mind.

In 2011 he began MAKING HIS OWN MUSIC with capital letters all the was through. By this time with more theoretical knowledge and advanced hardware to assist him. In the small home "studio", the production of music began. The selected program was Ableton, which proved to be a good choice.
With the help of YouTube videos he started to make his own music on his own, being self-educated, gradually improving, using the name Nastech by now.
His friends including Pál Csikós (Paul Mad) and Norbert Motolai (Moti Brothers) helped him a lot as well in learning the basics and getting familiar with the technical stuff.

Success came well-earned and his first record Springbreak was added to the SoundTribe Rekords SOUNDTRIBE SUMMER COLLECTION 2011 Compilation. This gave him a huge boost for the future.
He did not just bathe in success, he was busily making more and more music.

In November 2011, the Canadian Empty Whisky Flask Records released his first independent EP titled 'Every Morning'. The album contained two records, the theme song Every Morning and a deep house track titled Brotherly Love. The EP was well received, the two songs appeared in several foreign DJ's set on
such notable radio stations as Frisky Radio or the Proton.

This year was significant for his career as a DJ. Besides an increasing number of requests, he had the opportunity to perform at places like the Sziget Festival 2012!
In addition to live performances he continues to get requests from various web radio stations (e.g. Tunnel.FM, Pure.FM, Nugen.FM) where his mixes are welcomed.

In the end of 2012 he started his own radio show called HeartBeats Radio Show on Prime.FM, and he became a resident dj of TechSoul Records Radio Show on Pink-City Beats Radio.

Continuous improvement is very important for him so whenever he can he composes music and tries to improve and polish his music skills.
